Geocache Description:

No, this cache is not submerged in Lake Blanche! It isn't even close, certainly not in Mill B South Fork drainage. You will have to correct a typo in one of the numbers to find the cache, and to enjoy a top-rate view.

This cache is a reply of sorts to Dorkteam6's Clerical Error cache which we had a privillege to find recently. Like Dorkteam6, I've also been up at the end of a strenuous climb, only to discover that the coordinates weren't written down correctly (check 5/26 logs for Cascade Vista). In this puzzle too, one of the digits needs a correction.
Hopefully the clues below will let you solve the puzzle. Most importantly, the container you're after is located near the bottom of one of these magnificient canyons which empty into Salt Lake Valley. The container is a brown plastic bottle, either pint or 8 oz in size. It is located in plain sight at a base of the mightiest spruce, on the side facing a dead / cut tree.
As you may have already guessed, there is more than one solution to this. If you happen to find the right bottle, you'll find coordinates and directions to a fantastic viewpoint a few hundred vertical feet above. If you find a false lead, there will be some consolation goodies to trade inside the bottle, and also a clue for another mystery cache, Orthocenter Rock (As of 9/23/03, a false lead for this cache can be logged as a find of "Don't climb to the ridgetops - Not a solution yet" cache!) Of course once you solve this puzzle, you will be rewarded with both clues for the Orthocenter Rock cache.
The locations (true and false alike) are certified 100% bushwack free, and there will be a trail (albeit possibly with a few faint spots) nearly all the way to the brown bottle. In the worst case scenario, the trail would disppear into a boulder field about couple hundred feet North of the spot, but you will see the right spruce from there already.
Please log your no-finds! While I am fairly confident that I placed these brown bottles at all feasible spots, you might come across yet another solution which I missed. So double-checking the no-finds is very important.
The final cache is a screw-lid round aliminium container. Inside were:
