This cache has been archived.

TheCur8or: As this cache has been out of action for too long, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Geocache Description:

This one of the Teviot Valley Walkways Series . A straight forward walk with some very good river views as a reward.

It will take you about 15 minutes each way.

Thomas Grover was Mayor of the Roxburgh township, 1889-90 ("Teviot Tapestry" page 168) and the assumption is made that "Grover's Hill" was named after him.

I suggest that you stick to the walkway path and do the circuit in a clockwise direction. If you do you will be able to knock off three cache sites as you go, this one, and
11 & 17, Grover's Lookout
which is somewhat off the track but easily accessible from it, and also
Kermit
Take care when it has been raining, the track could be very slippery.
The container is an 850ml black Sistema Lunch Box with a "Yu-Gi-Oh!" lid. It is concealed at ground level.
When hidden it contained:
  1. Log Book, Pencil and Sharpener
  2. Stach Note.
  3. Mini Stapler.
  4. Roxburgh Golf Club Score Card
    (Please leave this here!)
  5. Aussie Penny 1939 Melbourne Mint
