Yep, it's just-another-darn powertrail.
With a slight twist...you cant drive it, and it leads somewhere slightly pretty/tallish.
And, the containers are bigger than an eclipse tin. That's always an advantage, hey?
Enjoy a walk up Tuggeranong Hill, collecting caches along the way, there's several to be found. :)
