This Geocoin is the football being
used in the Ohio State vs Michigan
Travelbug Footbal game

READ THE RULES AND ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME.
Welcome to the Ohio State vs Michigan Travel Bug
Football game.
This is a new idea on a game being played here.
To score the Travelbug/Geocoin must be placed in
an End Zone cache, The
Cacher's Cache (the Ohio State End Zone) or (Hewen's
Creek) (the Michigan
End Zone)
A quarter will last for 4
months determined by first time bug is placed in a cache (not including the
starting cache)
Quarter 1 Jan 9 2004-Apr 8 2004
Quarter 2 Apr 9 2004- July 8 2004
Quarter 3 July 9 2004-Oct 8 2004
Quarter 4 Oct 9 2004 -Jan 8 2005
At the end of each quarter the
ball must change direction for a score
For Ohio State to score
Quarters 1 and 3 the ball must reach the End Zone in Michigan
For Michigan to score Quarters 1 and 3 the ball must reach the End Zone in Columbus
For Columbus to score Quarters 2 and 4 the ball must reach the End Zone in Columbus
For Michigan to score Quarters 2 and 4 the ball must reach the End Zone in
Michigan
The 50 yard line will be U.S. Route 224.
To score the Travelbug/Geocoin must be placed in
one of the above caches.
If the final move to the endzone cache was within
the red zone (20 miles or shorter) the score will count as a touchdown for seven
points.
If the final move to the cache was outside the red zone (over a 20 mile move) it
will count as a field goal.
After a score the ball must be moved at
least to the 50 yard line (U.S Route 224) before it can proceed towards
the End Zone TD cache it was last in. Once the ball passes the 50 yard line
after a score it's up for grabs and can go either direction until the next
score.
Players can only move the Geocoin/Travelbug one
cache at a time. The same player can not move the Geocoin/Travelbug for at
least seven days and ONLY if it has been moved by a different player.

Looks like the score is still tied but for yardage, I'd say that Michigan is ahead. 🙂
Unfortunately, it looks like the the teenage football player who grabbed this one has dropped the ball.

Hi there... Been watching this for a little while. I've hesitated, figuring I would give someone an opportunity to hunt this cache down and pick up the Michigan vs Ohio State geocoin. Not much action lately, so I figured I'd get the ball rolling. I picked it up this evening and I'll place it in an appropriate cache.
