Cedar Fire Survivor

Original Goal - The goal of the Cedar Fire Survivor is to visit areas that were struck by the 2003 San Diego fires (Cedar and Paradise).  You are encouraged to tell your stories about the fires and take pictures of the areas as they look today to show how the recovery is going.  My story is in the first log below. 

Here is the current fire threat situation as of 10-23-05

I picked up the Cedar Fire Survivor in the Kerens Micro Blue Sky Cache near Poway.  There were burn marks on this poor guy and someone had written "Ramona Overlook Cache/Cedar Fire Survivor" on his legs.  After checking out the Ramona Overlook cache page, I see that the cache had indeed been a casualty of the Cedar Fire and this guy had survived with minor burns.  Here is the log of RadishWorks who found the burnt cache.  You can see the Cedar Fire Survivor with the burnt cache contents in this picture.
