    Thanks to everyone who helped move this bug along - now something new has taken it's place. Check out the new Bob and Dan's Amazing Race Application Video Travel Bug - it contains our application video and will be hopefully making it's way onto a producers desk!

    We arrived at the address that the travel bug was attempting to get to, video and travel bug in tow... and discovered that it's a post-office box place. Well, that's not abnormal in TV-Land, so we checked with the owner of the store.

    Unfortunately, while the Amazing Race folks did at one time have a PO Box there, they no longer have a PO Box there.

    We've got alternate plans to try to get this bug into the hands of CBS folks, however. The plans involve either contacting the friends we've got at CBS (which we'd held off on doing so far, figuring we'd start with going to the location), and possibly trying to contact the PR firm that handles the Amazing Race. One of the two ought to work, although we're still trying to figure out which to attempt.

    But we're determined to get this bug into the hands of the right folks, and we're stubborn enough to do it... so all is not lost yet. :)

    (But on the bright side, the bug did reach its original goal of the address it was seeking. Got there about 2:30 in the afternoon, too!)
