Found it in view of the blue ridge. The note said it wanted to go to europe asap. Grabbed it will take to washington,dc area to see if it can hope a new flight as appears to have missed dallas flight

Discovered in Airline Stash Cash in Max Ward Park in Mississauga near Lester B Pearson International Airport. TB wants to get to the Czech Republic so I left it.
