Your geocoin was not in Changing Landscape (GC4CR2B) when I visited today. There is a note by the CO that no TBs or geocoins are to be placed in the cache and the park attendants will remove them. Evidently--and sadly--the cachers who placed the geocoin there chose to ignore the warning. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and hope that somehow it turns up.

We did not find it in Rolling Cache, but alas, no longer remember where we did find it. It was somewhere in Tucson, along the Pantano Wash. We will move it to Texas. Thanks
