About This Item

Moonlight is very special to Water Lily. She is a kitty that we have had for over two years, and she just got run over by a car this fall. The bug is a close likeness of her.

Water Lily would like Moonlight to travel to Hawaii, and get a lava rock, and perhaps anything else Hawaiian that can fit. You can unzip the back of Moonlight. Then she would like to travel back to Wenatchee, Washington, where Water Lily can get her back.

Found this with Aunt Sadies Treasures up in the mountains of Blewett Pass. Since it's already so close to it's final destination, and I'm going the other way, I put it back in the cache box for someone else to move the last few miles.

We live in Ellensburg and were geocashing today in the Cle Elum area with our 6 yr old granddaughter. As we approached the "Almost home" cache, we could hear a soft meow. We looked all over the area but could not find where the meow was coming from. As we opened the cache, out jumped Moonlight right into our arms. She seemed desperate for human attention so we brought her home with us. After researching her info on the internet, we see that we have taken her out of her return path home. We have discussed the situation with her, and she has decided she would like to rest for just a few days and spend the week-end with us. We will be pouring concrete for the foundation of our new home and she says she has had some experience in this and would be glad to stick around and supervise. She also wants to place her paw prints in the wet concrete. We will place her in a new cache the beginning ofnext week and hopefully she will soon be home. She is feeling very homesick but says she has had a "trip of a lifetime".
