Angel of the Atlantic

Angel of the Atlantic is a replica of the United States Coast Guard's HH-60 "Jayhawk" Medium Range Recovery Helicopter. These guardian angels of the ocean are not capable of performing water landings. They hover over those who they protect, delivering rescue swimmers and lifting rescues to safety with cables and baskets.

This was a great find. After finding this Bug and reading about it, we just had to watch the movie "Guardian" again. Great movie, very sad.... We are a long way from the atlantic coast, but we have seen these fly close to home during Huricanes and Tropical storms along the Gulf Coast. Thank You!
