Tom

Tom is a graduate of WSU. He is very proud of that and will defend WSU and it's honor, even when not challenged. We appreciate this kind of loyalty in the MMM. School spirit is good, for a while, then it becomes goofy. Hence, Tom is goofy.

MidMountain Mountaineers is a loose collection of hikers/cachers who believe the journey is more important than the summit. Of course, we like getting to the summit as well because the views are usually better. Enjoy our caches about half way up!

Green Salsa

20 tomatillos
8-10 serrano peppers
bulb of garlic
fresh cilantro
salt

Remove husks and wash tomatillos
Remove stems from peppers
Break garlic into cloves and peel
Place all three ingredients in saucepan and cover with water
Bring to boil, boil 20 minutes
Drain off water and place ingredients in blender
Snip in some cilantro
Add salt to taste
Blend just enough to mix all ingredients
Chill
