The goal of this travel bug is to travel around the world seeing great golf courses. I'd love to see photos of it near St. Andrews. Augusta. Pebble Beach. The list can go on and on. ANY golf course!
My father passed away on Aug. 17, 2007. He was 70 years old and had a long battle with cancer. This travel bug is in his memory. A chief of police for more than 20 years, his second love became golf. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to take him to Ireland and Scotland to play on some of the World's best courses. Nor did we even get to see some of the greatest in the States.
The goal of this travel bug is to travel around the world seeing great golf courses. I'd love to see photos of it near St. Andrews. Augusta. Pebble Beach. The list can go on and on. ANY golf course!
Eventually, I've love to see it make its way back to Delhi, New York after it's logged wonderful miles with great stories and photos. My dad would be looking down on this smiling, I believe.
The piece attached to the bug is a quilt swatch made by my mother, so it has a personal sentiment to it.
