You can drive on pavement to within a few feet of the cache, but not quite wheelchair accessible.
The cache is a small round plastic match container with logbook only, not far from the County Library and Springdale’s best park. If you look to the northeast from the cache, you will see the Watchman, your first mountain landmark within Zion National Park. We grew up in Southern Utah, but were gone away many years while in the service. We were able to visit many countries, but we still marvel at the unique wonder of this canyon, right here as it were in our own backyard. This cache is dedicated to our grandson, Casey, who once compared southern Utah to Heaven.
