Current Goal

I want to meet cachers with strong backs willing to move me. One day I hope to meet my long-lost brother, Milestone Marker II.

About This Item

Enjoying a sunny day.

Saved from the trash heap, Miles Stone has set me free to meet other cachers. You'll need to come prepared to haul me away because I'm four feet tall and weigh in at a hefty 210 pounds!!!

Please feel free to log me as "discovered" if you find me and can't move me. Only log me as "found" if you help transport me to an event or another cache. Either way, sign me if you'd like. If possible, I'd love to be in photos with other milestone markers. As always, enjoy the adventure!

Dear perspective detectives,

Detective Smuggles has been in contact with me concerning this travel bug. He has informed me it may be involved in the tragic murder of a cacher, Cowboy. Please check for any suspicious stains on the Miles Stone Marker I.  Please help solve this hideous crime.  For more details, join us for Clueless in CT, GC54PH2.

The travel bug remains in Speedy38's possession. It's 2:15 AM here. I just got home. We had an awesome adventure going off to Connecticut so late in the day. We found this travel bug and hotel just before dark. Like Speedy said, we apparently picked the longest possible route, and had to haul the thing out .10, which is a long ways with this travel bug.

Anyways, good times, good laughs, and good luck to the next person!

  • Speedy38 came prepared with a hand-cart
  • 210 pound monster TB--found it!
  • Speedy38 with the 210 lb~we got it on the truck!

HAAAAAAAA OMG ... we got it ! it is now 1:40am and after a LONG day and 16 caches and 8+ hours driving .. I can happily or very tiredly say that I probably need new shoulders, but alas ... the travel bug is in my possession ( well my truck's possession) . We parked at the graveyard spot and took the apparently longest .10 or so and bumpiest non path in and definetly OUT ... holly crap ... alls i gots to say is ... if you are going to SNEG geomeet and want this darn bug .. bring yourself a hand cart , straps and a truck! Cause i'm not taking this sucker back with me. If you want to discover it , it will remain at my business until the SNEG meet ... or just find the truck and peak in back of it ... I'm all over the place throughout the day !

Thanks for the bug .... i think ?!?!

OK ........ so i'm off to get this later today but want to make sure that I'm not wasting gas and driving on this hot friggin day to lift a 210lb beast for nothing ... so i need some assurance that it will still be planted at this hotel ??? I plan to bring it to the SNEG meet on July 30th . Meantime it will lay in my truck for anyone to discover !

Do me a favor, and don't let my wife see it. She will want it for the garden.
