This TB is in a race with the "Ottawa, Eh?" travel bug that I own. After a failed attempt to pick up my travel bug in Germany in November 2006, a surprising opportunity presented itself.

We were taking Cody's Pirates to the airport for their trip to Winnipeg. As always when going to a destination we don't normally visit, I checked for nearby caches. What do I find near the Ottawa airport but a cache with my competitors travel bug. How about that? I'm taking a geocacher to the airport and I can send him off with a travel bug. With my travel bug stuck in USA, it seemed like my only shot at victory.
