"Hi The reason your Geocoin page was locked is because it is a virtual geocoin. The site was not designed for this type of tracking. We do not see virtual TB's as an acceptable use of the tracking features of the site, and we take this kind of setup as an abuse of our features. I am very sorry for any frustration this may have caused you. Cheers, Kerry Groundspeak, Inc. - The Language of Location"
This coin is to travel around to good (not crappy) HIKING caches anywhere in the world. Anyone may log it even if you did not attend the GW3 event as long as you "place" it in a cache you have found at the end of a nice long hike.
If you have found a good cache that requires at least a 0.75-mile hike round trip, feel free to "grab" this TB and log it in. I will delete logs placing it into a typical event or TB hotel because there is no hike and they tend to be boring to read. Also only retrieve this coin from other caches not other people so they get a chance to log it into hikes. Logs without drops will be deleted.
Pictures are much appreciated!
The actual caches in the GeoWoodstock III hiking run are below. Team Dinosaur, Grey Wolf & Momcat, and Flipsican & Flips were the only teams to complete the hiking run on the designated GW3 day.:
BC Junction (GCNYVM)
Black Creek Bluff (GC5730)
Black Creek Cache (GCJMQ5)
Black Creek Farpoint (GCJMQM)
Black Creek Ravines (GC2682)
Black Creek Woods (GCJMQ2)
Cool Out Campout Cache (GCJT0A)
Family Smiley Weekend (GCM7A5)
Hiker's Helper (GCNVAA)
Once Upon a Trail... (GCM7AE)
Ravines Micro (GCJMPQ)
Snow White v1.1 (GCMKJ4)
You may email me from my profile page if you have any questions or need the tag # (visible in photo above). You will want to "retrieve it" then drop it off in another cache. Flipsican
Big thanks to Grey Wolf and Momcat who organized the GW3 run and gave me this coin after the run (May 29th, 2005).

This virtual geocoin will be placed in Kal Cache Two, a very steep hike but well worth the view. Unfortunately, we decided to bushwack which was brutal.

"Well...it was just a little tougher than a 4.5 for me and my impetuous partner as we decided to blaze a trail directly up the side of the mountain. I do not advise this to anyone, as we were groanin very loudly and in very much pain by the end. I am sure that the regular trail would have been much easier. But the view is wonderful. We took many pictures and enjoyed the view of Tunnel Mountain, where we found a cache two days prior."

I misunderstood this TB's mission the first time around. This time I have a great virtual cache in mind that was at the end of one of my longest hikes.
