the.pud: Have been in touch with the council and there is some big development planned for this area. Also the object where it was has been changed.
I have decided not to replace until this is complete and some sort of normality returns.
But at the rate NSCC works this could be anytime.
It was good while it lasted.

Carparks a plenty.
No room for swaps, only your log. There is a pencil there though.

Because of it's location & as this cache is in an area with high foot traffic, extra stealth will be required to avoid unwanted geomuggle attention.
