Current Goal

My original mission was to get to any of the geocaches near Fort Hood, Texas, where the soldier in this photo could pick me up before he was deployed to the Sandbox. That mission was COMPLETED! Thank you!

NEW MISSION: To travel to any caches near interesting US Military related things and return back home before May 2010 when my soldier returns home from Afghanistan. That misson failed, but I am now accounted for and back on the move. The soldier returned home safe after one year in Afghanistan, yay!

NEW MISSION: To travel to caches near anything related to the US Military.

I'm an old Army Vet (68-74), and have never been here before. Thank you for sending out the Traveling Soldier TB, it gave me the incentive to come to the Highground. I will be back. Well worth the visit if you haven't been there.
