About This Item

Chip and The Block

"Son," the Lead Brick said, "don't make my mistakes. I led a productive existence at the physics lab of a small, liberal arts college in Pennsylvania until I fell victim to a scavenger hunt. For the past twenty years I have had to endure the humiliation of being some misguided fratboy's doorstop and conversation piece. But you, son, have a chance. Go out and see the world, travel and meet new people! Just don't forget to write your old man!"

Well Dad, I am finally off for a new adventure 🙂. The jeep is packed and the kayaks are loaded. I hear there is a place up in Otis, MA that we are going to visit. Let's hope Fishinbabe finds a new cache 😉 and I can stay there for a while. I'll write soon.

Hey Dad, it's Chip. This lady and her friends found me and dragged me around all day to about 5 other caches, but it felt like 15. I think she forgot all about me until she got home and emptied all her pockets. It's a nice place here and she put me on a shelf near a window were I can look out on suburbia in CT. I may be staying here a while, she never seems to know if she's coming or going and she looks pretty busy for the next few weeks. She's talking about taking me to Mass but I can't figure out if she means a place to pray or someplace further north with a lot of beaches. Say hi to Uncle Charlie. Don't eat my Easter bunny.

Don't know if I'm posting 2x's. (Can you tell I'm still a newbie). Took TB and can't remember what I left (good thing I'm not drinking, I can barely remember taking the bug). Come on, 7 caches in one day, a few were multi's, one was like 10 parts, I swear, ok 8 parts. Thank God Brklyn and Hellfire were there to share the laughs. Had a great day even though when I headed out I was only going to do 2 for the day. Thanks for the cache. [BD]

Checking on our caches after all the flooding, and found Chip hanging out. Was going to move him along, but I didn't have a TB with me to swap, so I left it for now.
