Current Goal

Travel the world.  We would like this $2.00 coin to go back for a visit.  But, please don't let it stay to long; someone might decide they need the money. 

About This Item

 In April, 2013, we were in Fiji for a 5 hour layover on our way to and from Australia.  We made some purchases in the duty free store using U.S. currency and they gave us our change in Fiji currency.  We asked to trade it for U.S. dollars, but the clerk said she didn't have any small US money.  That was bad enough.  We wouldn't have been so unhappy if we had gotten the change back at the current exchange rate.  In the end, we spent it on snacks for our 17 hour flight home.  This was what I found in my pocket when we got home.
