About This Item

i was kinda mad that a TB i put out there went missing after only 30 miles of travel, so what am i to do? release the copy tag with another stuffed animal? forget it, or use the copy tag as a "Ghost " and let who ever wants to log it,log it. so here you go. the real tag for this TB is the one that is written on with blue numbers, add your own lost TB copy tag and see where it goes.when the book is full i'll release another book. if you put your tag in the book and it shows up after two years or what ever, i will work with you to get the "copy" tag back. Everytime someone picks up The book of the dead, they can list all the tags that are in the book as finds. Let's see if all the Lost TBs stay together.

We dropped this bug off in a very appropriate cache; it starts off in a graveyard and ends at a spot with a great view.

    • starting point: the graveyard
    • the view from near the final

This is one of the best ideas for a bug I've ever seen! We will be adding the tags from our "His Addictions" and "Her Addictions" TBs.

They were released together in August of 2004, and their goal was to travel separately and then to reunite someday. They both went missing in March of 2005, within a few days of each other (kind of like when one half of an old married couple dies, and then then other one days a few days later of a broken heart?)

So now, thanks to this bug, they get to complete their goal after all: they've been reunited at last and will travel together from now on, as part of your TB.

I grabbed Tim's TB and mine from the caches that they came up missing from and virtually attached them to "The book of the Dead" Let's have some fun with this. Everytime someone picks up The book of the dead, they can list all the tags that are in the book as finds. Let's see if all the Lost TBs stay together.
