Al Ralph, an Al Quacka Sleeper Cell member, has successfully recruited new Sleeper Cells in Tucson, Arizona and Oconomowoc, WI. Yermamma been Maudlin, leader of the Cell, has now directed Al Ralph to head for Cleveland. Once he arrives within twenty miles of Clevelland, he is to find three more recruits to form a new Al Quacka Cell (Ohio). Finders are to then contact Yermamma at yermammabmaud@yahoo.com for further instructions.

When i picked this guy up I saw on the tag he wanted to go to WI so I took him thinking I can get him there. When I went to log it I see he is suppose to be going to Cleveland which he is close too. I will try not to move him to far away from here.
