Current Goal

Sherlock wants to travel and see other kitties. We know many dogs that get to go geocaching, but this is a way to get the kitties envolved. Try to bring Sherlock home and take a picture of him with Your kitties (or doggies) and post it. Just taking the picture is worth the fun! Please DON'T pick him up if you don't plan on Placing him SOON. Thanks

Sherlock

Sherlock is sorta like a dog in many ways... he will run to the door to greet you when you come home, and he loves to play fetch with little rubber balls, often by himself on the stairs. He's called Sherlock because he's SOooo nosey and has to see whatever you are doing. He is an indoor kitty, loves to take naps and watch birds outside. There are shrew mice in the garden, but Sherlock cannot and will not catch them. He gets let outside, but only if he is wearing his blinking red light, because I forget he is outside til it gets dark, then have to go looking for him. He likes to get brushed around the ears in the bathroom, but only if he gets treats afterward. He has the 'copy' travel bug tag on him because he got lost in his first cache and was archieved...so Please log him correctly and try to take pictures and post them of his travels.

13 MONTH UPDATE:
I have one cat and two dogs that are travel bugs...And ~If they were racing for the longest distance travelled... STASHA WINS!!! TEKA Wins for being the fastest mover with 29 cachers!
Here are some totals:

STASHA = 8279 miles with only 10 cachers
SHERLOCK = 3465 miles with 20 cachers
TEKA = 2974 miles with 29 cachers

Some Highlights:
Both Teka and Sherlock tb's were destroyed in the very first geocache they were placed in...both remade and moved out to Colorado from Illinois. Stasha went international and is now stuck in Budapest, Hungary!! She has been there for 10 months!

Congratulations STASHA! We miss you So Much! Thanks to all who helped keep Stasha close to our hearts and helped her Move so well through the game!Sherlock needs to have his picture taken with more kitties!! Please help him catch up in the distance race!

Picked Sherlock up to do some maintenance on him and to add better directions about what to do with a T.B. Seems that these thing don't always get logged the right way. Will probably move him out of state and see how long it take him to get home again. ErieRich
