Thanks for picking up my trackable: "Henry the Lion and his book"

It made a long voyage, Henry and his book are from Braunschweig, Germany - my hometown.

I visited the USA twice and got home with wonderful memories. I hope to visit USA someday once again. Until than I send "Henry and his book ahead. It's goal is to visit all US states.

My I ask for a favor? Please, can you fill out in the book the list on page 4-7 for the first cache whenever "Henry and his book" visits a state for the first time.

I made also a double page for every US state. So if you like you can write down your geocaching-name, a special note, a poem or stick in a photo,... Be creativ and show me the state you are living in! I would appreciate it and be excited and pleased about it.

With TBs safely tucked into my backpack, I began my climb up this fire tower with one foot in front of the other and a overwhelming fear of heights!!! I made it up 8 platforms, almost to the cache before I had to stop and cling tightly to the railing while shaking in fear with tears steaming down my face! Super_Nate grabbed the cache and beamed proudly at me. He grabbed a picture of me and the TBs, since I was frozen with fear, I couldn’t let go to take nice pictures of the TBs up there, but if you look in the pic, you will see their backpack!

Happy Birthday to Super_Nate!!!! This event is to celebrate one of Chattanooga, TN’s iconic geocachers. We had a yummy potluck, amazing geocache cake, and lots of awesome geocachers stop by. Then caches started popping up in the area in celebration of Super_Nate, so some of us headed out to get the caches. Turned out to be such a fun day!!!

Visiting our final destination of the Donut Trail!!!! An itsy bitsy donut shop for geocaches. How cute!!! The travel bugs are stuffed full of donuts and happy as can be.

On of the caches along the Donut Trail! We are doing the Donut Trail before the crowds get up here for Geowoodstock. The TBs are enjoying a bite of the donuts as we stop at each shop. One store today was closed already because they sold out of their hand-made donuts before 10:30. So we say there mournfully looking at the store when a gentleman came up and unlocked the door. Turns out he was seeing if there were any donuts left for the homeless and he didn’t mind stamping our passport. Score!!!

Here we are at another oldest cache!!! This one is Ohio’s oldest cache and boy is it kept nice. It’s a good bit of a hike to get to it, so beautiful with lots of interesting tidbit signs along the way. Well worth the hike!

Now we are up in Kentucky trying to get ready for Geowoodstock by doing the Donut Trail early!! Today though we went to the Creation Museum and learned tons of awesome facts backing the Bible. Grabbed a fun multi outside of the museum.

It’s been a little bit since we have been out caching! But the TBs have been safe and sound in their happy backpack! Today we aim to finish planetary pursuit. We met at this cute little park and then will split ways and do a geo art! It was a great turn out!!! The TBs were loved and discovered.
