About This Item

Here I go, letting my first little travel bug go off into the wild. Somebody please take her and love her and care for her.

In honor of my first bug, she'd like to get home to my first cache. Of course, my first cache isn't large enough to put the bug into, but you're in luck. You see, my first cache is at my father's house.

When you get What's The Buzz all the way home, sign the log on Tiptoe Through The Tulips, and then be brave - knock on my father's door, and hand him the bug. (Don't worry, I've made him promise not to bite!)

Oh, and one more thing.. She's very scared to be out on her own, but I told her she was allowed to write and so she's feeling quite a bit better about the trip. So, when you pick up my bug, please let her send a postcard home to mom. The address is 1008 Jacksons Valley - Hermitage, TN 37076.

There's just one cache... er.. Catch.... I'm coming 'home' August 28th, so she needs to be waiting for me when I get to Ohio.....

UPDATE: Since the bug didn't make it to me in Ohio in time, her new goal is to make it to Tiptoe Through The Tulips by Christmas, my next scheduled time to be home.

    Okay.. Here's the deal. Apparently swag had gotten put in the baggy with the bug and it's traveling papers. Somebody else had come along, taken the bug, moved it(?) and then left the papers and the swag. Somebody else came along, grabbed it thinking it was a bug, not initially realizing it wasn't, and then it traveled like that.

    Because of the massive help of the people who had erroneously moved a toy around thinking it was my bug, I'm not going to delete the false logs.

    Uncle Frito, please log the bug into the cache you found it (to get it back on track, mileage wise), and then you can log taking it again and get it moving on it's way.
