Geocache Description:

This is a self-guided trip through the exhibit hall of the Western Historic Trails Center. The cache is listed as 1.5 for difficulty only because of the time it takes to do it. The area is completely accessible and is open 9AM to 6PM from May 1 to Sept 30 and 9AM to 5PM Oct 1 to April 30.

The Western Historic Trails Center was built by the National Park Service and is owned by the State Historical Society of Iowa. Itinterprets four historic trails: the Lewis & Clark, Mormon Pioneer, California and Oregon. This cache will require you to walk through the exhibit area and answer questions that will help you decode the message that will lead you to the cache. Go to the unit that is listed in the clue. The clue # corresponds directly to the decoder key. Insert the letters above the numbers in the message.
