Current Goal

Wilson came over 50 million miles just to be able to travel Planet Earth by moving from cache to cache.  His ultimate goal is to return to Mars, so when the first cache is published there, someone will need to take him.  He broke his saucer, and he can't get parts here, so he needs a ride.  Until that oportunity comes up, help him travel from cache to cache.

About This Item

Wilson the Martian

Wilson arrived from Mars a few months ago on a mission to explore the Earth.  Since he broke his ship on landing, he is going to have to rely on helpful Earth dwellers to move him around.  He discovered the hobby of geocaching and the existance of travel bugs, so he decided this would be the ideal way to explore the planet.  Help Wilson on his mission by moving him from place to place.  He still misses traveling in space, so if possible, perhaps people could take pictures of him near space related things, like space museums, model rockets, real rockets, planetariums and observatories.  Post any pictures on his page.

Remember that Wilson is a travel bug, meaing he is meant to travel, not be kept.  Log him out when you take him and place him in another cache in a resonable period of time.  If you try to keep him, he may zap you with his tiny ray gun, which packs quite a wallop.  You have been warned.

Out Caching in the Mckinzie Hwy and ran across this little one wanting to hitch a ride to another cache, so we will log a few miles on him then drop in another cache in a more populated area. Thanks for sharing.
