About This Item

This TB was originally called "Bookworm".  It was a little girl wearing glasses, sitting on a stack of books, reading.  Her goal was to get book recommendations for us.

She went missing a few years ago.  We recently found what looked like a more grown-up version of the same person, and decided that she looked like "Bookworm's Mom" so we releasing her on the COPY tag to carry on with Bookworm's mission.

The original "Bookworm":                                                          and "Bookworm's Mom":

Retrieved it a couple of weeks ago. Placed it in Book Buddies cache today. Thought that would make a good home for awhile - lots of reading material there for it to enjoy while awaiting it's next trip.

Actually retrieved it, not just discoverd it, from Hapgood's Hope Chest in Concord, MA.
Recent books read: Plain Truth (good), currently slogging through "The Surface of the Earth" by Reynolds Price (sometimes a little too surreal and hard to follow). Next up "The Robber Bride" by Margaret Atwood.

I rarely get time to read books but my sister just gave me Fleshmarket Close by Ian Rankin which I can recommend
