To journey back Hayle, Cornwall, UK
Trooper was my dog. He is dead now, but I know he would have loved geocaching. We had quite a few adventures together and one when we were apart.
He was staying with my brother in Sheffield while we went on holiday. When being taken for a walk he ran off. He was not to be found anywhere in the area or at my brothers house.
24 hours later, or thereabouts, my parents heard a dog barking at their door. They lived about 12 miles from my brother and Trooper had visited and stayed there in the past.
Fortunately we knew nothing of this drama until our return from holiday.
So you see Trooper likes to travel and has good homing instincts. So by way of remembering him and to see if he can do it again we are taking the TB to Spain, to start his journey, once we have shown him a few places near home in Cornwall.
