On the bug page, under Travel Bug Owner Options is a pulldown menu labled 'Recalculate Distance', in there is the option "Mark Bug Missing".

Dropped off the Lake, Sea and Ocean travel bug at the
Kiss the Pig Cache, which is near Lake Pleasant, in the
Adirondack Mountains of New York. In my opinion, the prettiest lake there is.
