BIND is a very social sort of Ring of Power. It's mission is to visit places where people are being bound together by Geocaching. BIND should be logged into an event before it occurs to notify everyone of it's potential presence. The ring bearer is to wear the Ring of Power until someone notices it and asumes the responsibility of bearing it to it's next destination.
The value of the ring itself is very low. It is in fact what it looks like, but hasn't been worn. Long stories abound... So, with a depleted value and a fun idea, BIND has been launched.
BIND should only attend event caches so that it travels between people. There is a good chance that a muggle finding BIND would take it since it looks so "precious". Just take my word for it, it's not. Also, if you want, you may log BIND simply for finding it and then leaving it with someone at the event. I simply ask that whoever leaves with it should be planning to attend another event cache soon after. If you need to transfer it between cachers outside of an event, I'll understand.

I was duped by someone at the evening campfire...and in turn tricked the Shasties into taking charge of this travel bug. I wore it, as intended until the moment I gave it to them. I wonder who was the last person to end up with it?

Was given this ring by VM at the evening campfire. Had to find someone who probably hasn’t seen it yet. How about Laura from Light People. Nope. She didn’t know what it was, so now it’s hers.

Actually grabbed it from Dogway and partner. They were sharing my campsite, and of course I had to ask when I saw it. Passed it on to Mom Littlepod when that little thing called curiosity got in the way. Thanks for an entertaining TB.

I made the mistake of asking.
However, if I would have gone home, it immediately would have gone to Farbrent.
What woman could resist asking her man what the !@@# is that ring doing around your neck? :-)

I knew about this, but had not yet placed my eyes upon it. At 2005 Midwest GeoBash, I spotted it! Ahhh, but so did my brother-in-law. No sooner did Mark place it around his neck, I asked about it. Then, she was MINE! All MINE!!!!!!!!!!! But not for long, MyBob was quick to take her from me. Ahhh, but perhaps for the best... Sigh......
