This racer is racing "Punch Buggy Blue...No Punch Backs!". The race is to see which Punch Buggy can make it from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean and back the fastest.
These racers were Christmas Presents to Pegasi and Rocky Pony, the official founders of the Universal Beetle Car Game Association (and the only two members). We do not play the "Punch Buggy" game because Rocky Pony hits too hard. We are forever searching for new rules. Please add a new rule for the sighting of a VW Beetle Game, Our examples are: Convertibles count double, you must say graveyard when passing a Cemetary or lose your points, and if any player sees a live Cow on the roof of any VW Beetle they win and the game ends forever.
