Blue Stripy Sock

This sock is part of the great ArtWash sock race! It is racing 4 other socks from Oxford up to Edinburgh and then back to Oxford again.
Currently on route to: Having reached Edinburgh, now heading back to Oxford - to any cache in Oxford...

Have you ever wondered what happened to the missing socks from your laundry..? Well.. they go traveling!

This travel bug has been released as part of an ArtWash event - 5 pairs of socks have been split up - one half of each pair will stay in the laundrette, and the other half have been made into travelbugs that are going off on a race! They are all racing to Edinburgh and then back home to Oxford again... Which one do you think will make it back first..?!

If would be great to see some photos of how the socks are getting on - photos of Geocachers with this sock, or of the sock in/near to the cache that it is in, or even photos of the sock with your own socks - escpecially if you have odd socks, stripy socks, bright coloured socks, or otherwise fun or unusual socks!! Combine several of those options for bonus points!

ArtWash is a monthly artist led event held at the TruWash laundrette in Headington, Oxford, on the 20th of every month (except for August...).
