Geocache Description:

We spent a very pleasant Sunday afternoon on top of Miles Hill, enjoying a picnic whilst watching the Farnborough Air Display. The hill is at the end of the runway so the planes were taking off and flying right over our heads. The Red Arrows were spectacular, especially when one of them flew right up over the trigpoint where we were standing. We had such a good time, we decided to place a cache, so that others could come up and enjoy the view, and bag a tripoint into the bargain. Although there won't be quite so many planes when you visit, you will have a very clear view of the airport. Best to approach from Aldershot Road.

You are looking for an ammo box containing a logbook, pencil and some swap items.

Don't forget to log the trigpoint.

We are hoping to have a geocaching event picnic atop the hill whilst the 2010 Farnborough Air Show is on - either us organising it, or someone local
