This special geocoin should visit caches along the highways of America. Micros, travel bug hotels, you name it! Note which major highway is nearest the cache when you retrieve this coin!
This MotoGrrl Memorial geocoin is a real traveler. It wants to see all of the caches near the highways of this great country. Interstates, US-highways, even old Rural Routes, if they are the closest thing you have to a major road through your area. I would love to see the photos of road signs that this coin gets close to -- but be safe! No standing on the Interstate just to get a picture!!!

So I actually found this in Longwood, Florida back in 2009. It was in the Wekiva reserve behind the Sabal Point neighborhood. I did the unthinkable and forgot about it in a drawer. I have since moved to the Seattle metro area. I was cleaning through my desk and discovered it again. I'm about to head out to the Steven's Pass / Central Cascades area for a week. I plan to find a new home for it there.

Found this TB in the Sabal Reserve. First one, might I add! I was very excited. Heading to Provo/Park City, Utah area to go skiing on Friday. I plan to drop it in an existing or new site near a road in that area.

Discovered this coin in a cache located in Kiwanis Island park on Merritt Island Florida. The entrance to the park is on SR 520, previously known as the Cocoa-Orlando Highway is an east-west highway connecting Cocoa Beach in Brevard County and Bithlo in Orange County. It also passes through Merritt Island and Rockledge in Brevard County.
Bloody 520
The name Bloody 520 is a popular nickname for the 22-mile stretch of this highway between its western terminus and I-95. Numerous fatalities have occurred on this stretch. In 2002, the Florida Department of Transportation began a project to widen the entire stretch to 4 lanes.
