[ITA] GAL Green è il veicolo del GAL Patavino, in gara contro GAL Blue, il suo sfidante del GAL Bassa Padovana. Vincerà la gara chi percorrerà più chilometri entro il 27/09/2015 e chi raggiungerà per primo la Finlandia, dopo quella data!

GAL Green e GAL Blue si stanno sfidando per portare a conoscenza il progetto Rural Emotion (REM) e tutte le geocache che sono state attivate grazie a questo progetto (scopri tutte le caches qui).

Obiettivo del progetto di cooperazione transnazionale Rural Emotion è di aumentare il turismo nei centri minori, decongestionando le città d’arte e allargando lo scenario per far meglio comprendere il contesto culturale espresso dalle aree rurali e dai suoi centri minori, spesso narrato e descritto da artisti nati o vissuti o che vi sono transitati. Per questo l’acronimo del progetto richiama una fase fondamentale del sonno, quella REM, all’interno della quale prendono vita i sogni.

L’idea è di creare, anche in collegamento con la rete di itinerari di mobilità lenta (ma anche come meta di destinazione), itinerari/mete legati alla cultura e agli autori importanti nati o che hanno vissuto o che vi sono transitati e che hanno lasciato testimonianza nei loro scritti/testimonianze dei territori rurali su cui gravitano i soggetti partner di progetto. 

Il valore aggiunto del progetto sarà dato dalla realizzazione di un innovativo strumento di comunicazione ovvero un’opera fumettistica. Il protagonista unico del fumetto, individuato attraverso una ricerca comune (concorso) dei Gal partner, diventerà il personaggio che aiuterà ad incontrare, attraverso l’itinerario, i personaggi famosi di ciascun territorio, creando così una storia per ogni territorio.

Si può avviare, in questo modo, la costruzione di un “ponte” di collaborazione e legame tra territori in base a fatti, personaggi, valori, reali e totalmente condivisi, contribuendo così a creare un circuito atto a far scoprire l’offerta degli itinerari culturali dei territori rurali.  

L’offerta sarà arricchita anche dal coinvolgimento di una serie di servizi che gravitano attorno agli itinerari ed in particolare dalla ristorazione (ristoranti tradizionali e agriturismi), dai prodotti (aziende agricole, agrituristiche) e dall’ospitalità (agriturismi e B&B). La loro offerta si collegherà a detti itinerari riprendendo i personaggi dell’opera fumettistica nel menù (piatti ispirati), nelle stoviglie (coinvolgimento dell’artigianato), nelle etichette, nei quadri/manifesti, nel nome delle stanze, ecc.

GAL Green and GAL Blue are racing to promote the Rural Emotion (REM) project and all the geocache that have been activated thanks to the project (find out more here).

The main aim of Rural Emotion Project is tourism development in smaller towns, decongesting art cities and widening the scene, in order to allow a better understanding of the cultural context of rural areas and smaller towns, often described by the words of artists that were either born and raised in such a context or that at least spent sometimes there. 

The idea is to create cultural trips, either as part of a network of routes of slow mobility or as possible holiday destinations of their own. These cultural trips should follow a route running through the rural areas which important artists talked about in their writings or depicted in their paintings. 

This project could set the opportunity to build a “bridge” between the territories which joined the project because of facts, people, real and shared values and the territorial suitors who will be involved in the offer. 

The general purpose is to promote for each area taking part in the project a series of routes/cultural destinations which are bound to become, once put in a network, a “history of territorial discovery”. 

Value added of this project is the interconnection of each territory with one another through innovative communication tools, creating a network which will enrich the touristic and cultural offer as well as making it more accessible and inviting. The actions planned are consistent with the main goals of the rural development policy 2007-2013, e.g. the improvement of the quality of life in rural areas and the valorisation of the rural space and territory.
