Geocache Description:

A drive-by. You'll know it when you see it and depending on when you go by... stop or drive on by.

No need to linger. But you certainly may if you wish. The cemetery is quite beautiful and one of the most redeeming parts of coming to the North End of Hartford. But really Hartford isn't as scary as many would have you believe.
The park on the other side of the road can be scary, very scary... Take care.
The bus stop nearby may make stealth very, very necessary so as to not attract attention.
