Stone and Tree / Sten och Träd Traditional Cache

Stone and Tree should be a fairly simple cache even for the unexperienced. Parking 1 mile from the cache and nice gravel footpaths to walk all the way.

Stenen och trädet bör vara en ganska enkel cache parkera ca 1,6 km från cachen, fin promenad på grusväg resten av vägen. Se gärna infotavlor för karta över området.

Long Description / Längre beskrivning

One day I was out taking a long walk on Järvafältet and spoted this curious tree that had grown around a boulder. I decided to leave a cache here as I found the place rather curious and there are not as many caches in this part of the Järvafältet.

You may park your car or other vehicle at N59°27.994' E17°50.273' if you arrive on the northern part from Kallhäll Villastad out onto Järvafältet. The distance to the cache is then about 2km. If you arrive from Granskog you may park at N59°26.617' E17°50.744' and then follow the footpath northeast and then northwest. There is a map of the area conveniently located where the footpath from the partking starts. The distance to the cache from this way is about the same 2km.

The container is a vitamin tube, a micro size cache because the old container disappeared. Please HIDE IT WELL after your visit. Please see the first log entry for the original contents of the cache.

En dag när jag var ute och motionerade i området norra Järvafältet fann jag detta lustiga träd som växt runt en stor sten. Jag beslöt mig att lämna en cache här eftersom jag tycker det är lite magert med gömmor på denna del av järvafältet.

Du kan parkera nära N59°27.994' E017°50.273' om du kommer den norra vägen från Kallhäll Villastad. Det finns också en väg från torpet Granskog, du kan då parkera på N59°26.617' E17°50.744' och sedan följa stigarna norrut, avståndet till cachen är ca 2km även denna väg.

Cachen är en micro av typen vitamintub eftersom den förra stora burken försvann från gömman. Snälla GÖM DEN VÄL efter ditt besök då cachen tydligen tjuvvittjats.
