This cache is located near a lake at the base of a popular mountian
peak at an elevation of 8987 ft. I gave this cache a terrain rating
of 3 because of the altitude and length of time required to reach
it. The road that leads into this area requires a basic 4 wheel
drive. Make sure you stop at the campground below the cache. Do Not
Drive up to the lake it has now been posted and atv's are not
allowed. The hike is short and worth the effort.
This cache is a ammo can wedged between two rocks and contains the
following:
Music CD, Western movie, Cassette tape, fish hooks, fishing lure,
ring, set of screw driver bits, wrench set, unsolved rubiks cube
and some small items your kids might like.
Make sure after you find the cache you continue up the main road
for an excellent view of at least three northern utah counties.
