This is an easy fine, but with a purpose.
Once you have located the general area, just pull in the driveway and park. Bring along a pencil to log your find. Don't worry about anyone in the nearby office. They enjoy meeting fellow Geocachers. Enjoy your hunt, and if you are not a student at UTM you might want to tour the campus.
