Geocache Description:

Warning: It is a difficult scramble to this cache, kids can surely do it, but keep an eye on them!

Altitude: 7822 ft.

Accuracy was only about 30 ft. after taking a 10 minute average.

It's not really a mountain lion den -- The cache is before this rock wall about 40 feet off the trail on a flat Tan rock wall. Scramble up the side between the Moss Rock and the Tan Flat Rock -- The cache is somewhere on the tan flat rock.

From the slaughterhouse bridge across the Roaring Fork River take the Rio Grande trail towards Basalt.

About 15 minutes walk down the river trail there is a large rock wall with northern facing moss, red hues, a rusted spike, and some green paint.

Caution!!!! MIGHT BE SPOILER!!

It is a large peanut butter jar in green Camoflauge tape. With 20/20 vision, and if you are looking for it, you can just barely see it from the trail.
