Geocache Description:

An interesting view of a couple of industrial facilities.

Toadstool is the reincarnation of Boom, Boom, who rests in pieces. Boom Booms unfortunate demise was a result of his digs. Hopefully, a bit of a modification to Toadstool will save him from a similar fate. This cache is the forth in the Frozen Fluffy Water Spectrum and the Undetermined Quantity of Vertically Challenged Persons series. This cache location gives an unusual view of Callamondah Railyards, a large Queensland Rail marshalling yard where Central Queenslands famously long coal trains are marshalled for their trip to the coal mines of the Bowen Basin- Blackwater, South Blackwater, and Moura. These trains can exceed 2 km in length. Locally, from this location, coal trains travel to unloading facilities at Barney Point, Reg Tanna Coal Terminal, and Gladstone Power Station. In addition, the main north coast line passes through this yard, with its assorted freight, and passenger trains heading in both directions. On top of the hill you are standing on is one of the navigational lights for the approaches to Gladstone Airport, which you can also see on the other side of Callamondah yards. You can also see the sprawling suburbs of Western Gladstone.
You will get a short energetic climb to access this cache. Alternatively, a competant 4wd will get you closer.

Please unsure the cache is well covered to prevent him getting sunburnt. UV30 just doesnt do the trick.
