The second hide with our new Magellan Explorist 500LE, I hope you
find the coords to be SPOT ON!!
Come on out to visit the beautiful Hidden Lake Gardens. Bring
your family and pets, a picnic lunch and good walking shoes,
there's plenty of trails to lead you to great scenic views!! During
the snowy winter months, there's also a CC ski trail!!
While placing this hide, we tried to find a place that afforded
a great view of the area, this hillside area is one of our
favorites!! During the spring and fall/winter months, you can see
all the way to the lake! Many deer like to wander about in this
area, keep a watch and maybe you'll be awarded with a chance
sighting!!
The drive will bring you right up to this area, but a bit of
bushwacking (especially in the spring/summer seasons) to get to the
cache...not a lot of briars here, just tall grasses!! Just to the E
is a parking area that leads to the walking trails, to the S is the
lake and gift shop. Further along the drive is the picnic area and
corn maze (in season)!
