Geocache Description:


As a kid, Big E roamed the area of this pond with his childhood buddies fishing and hiking. They also camped on the other side of the pond with the Boy Scouts.

This area is now state owned and the Town of Columbia maintains the area here as well the the Utley Hills area (don't forget to do the caches by Jestjuggle in the Utley Hill area). Here is a map of the trail system in Columbia (visit link)

Parking is recommended at N41 40.727 W072 18.614

This and the other cache (GC103J2)in this park are our first two cache hides. We hope you enjoy this little piece of Big E's childhood.
