Let's be honest. Many of us prefer larger caches to those tiny film cassettes containing only a tight roll of impossibly narrow paper and a microscopic pencil. A big container allows you to offer attractive contents and a log for finders to express their opinions and to leave their personal labels. We also dislike buried caches, as we feel that going underground is not in the spirit of geocaching.
This cache is an attempt to place a 1 litre glass jar without burying, but also without it being too obvious. We are experimenting with different ways of concealment, so that searchers can look at the cache without seeing it. Please tell us if we have succeeded.
Even if you don't see the cache immediately, you will see a wonderful panorama of mountains and lakes, together with a fine view onto the world-famous metropolis of Küssnacht am Rigi. There is no need to walk across the farmer's grassland, if you choose your route carefully. He will be grateful.
