Geocache Description:


This trail was originally used by the Voortrekkers and other pilgrims. Ox-pulled wagons wound their tortuous way up through these hills and on to new lives for the many men and women who were brave enough to face the unknown.

It is now a beautiful viewpoint with a scenic outlook over the valley below.

The area is paved, parking and toilets are available. There are benches for you to rest and contemplate the view, and lovely grassy patches if you choose to bring a picnic lunch.

This is a NANO cache needless to say it's very small, see photo for description.
