(The cache is near the St. Antal chapel, but not on the top of the hill)
Nagyberki is a village between Kaposvár and Dombóvár, in Somogy county, in south-west-Hungary. The Szalacska-hegy (Szalacska-hill) is south from here, the cache is there. But before you begin searching, it is suggested to see the Vigyázó-castle in the village (it is easy to see it: it is near the road 61). The castle was built in the 18th century.
How to go to the cache?
In Nagyberki, you must go south, towards the village called Kercseliget. You will reach the railway station. Just go further there. Follow the tourist blaze red cross, and after some miles (kilometres) you will reach the St. Antal chapel. It is a beautiful monument, it was also built in the 18th century, in baroque style. It stands on a high yellow soil-wall, on a dangerous place... if the wall won't be fortified, some years later the chapel will crash down because of the degradation (erosion) of the wall.
The cache is near the chapel: a little bit to the west, and several metres below. It is a little plastic box.
About the Szalacska-hill
On the hill, there are several vineyards now, but a lot of centuries ago this place was an important settlement of the celtics! If you go further to the south on the blaze red cross, you will reach the red lane, and if you go on it to the north-west and then to the north (in the direction of village Mosdós), you will see some graves of ancient celtics (these graves are heaps of soil, hows).
Have a nice stay in Somogy county!
