[CZ] Je prirodni pamatka, ktera se rozklada u jihozapadniho okraje obce Razova a nedaleko vodni nadrze Slezska Harta.
[EN] There is a natural monument situated on the south-east fringe of the Razova town and not far from the Slezska Harta artificial lake.
[CZ]Razovske tufity tvori byvaly lom v oblasti razovského pyroklastickeho komplexu. V tomto lomu se jiz v období stredoveku tezil tufovy stavebni material. Razovska vulkanosedimentarni hornina vznikla v dusledku sopecne cinnosti nedalekého vrcholku Velky Roudny. Hornina je slozena ze sopecnych vyvrelin, ktere se dostaly do vody a castecne se zeminy, ktera byla splachnuta spolecne s kulmskymi horninami. Podle vysledku zkoumani zdejsi lokality odborníky, byly vulkanicke sedimenty ukladany ve vode. Pred asi milionem let doslo k erupci sopky Velky Roudny, v jehoz dusledku se vzdula hladina reky Moravice a bylo vytvoreno jezero a tim doslo k vytvoreni Razovskych tufitu.
[EN]Razova’s tuffs are formed by a former quarry in the area of Razova’s pyroclastic complex. In that quarry tuff building material was mined as early as the Middle Ages. Razova’s volcanic sedimentation rock originated as a consequence of volcanic activity of a nearby peak called Velky Roudny. The rock consists of volcanic porphyries that got into water and partly to the soil which was washed away together with culmic rocks. According to the results of a research carried out by experts the volcanic sediments had been collected in water. About one milion years ago there was an erruption of Velky Roudny as a consequence of which the level of Moravice River rose and an artificial lake had been created and so the Razova’s tuffs had been created.
