Tinker Who? Multi-Cache

This is an "easy" multi, at least in the sense that you may be able to skip the first stage (that's a lot easier if your name if Jeo [;)]).
My muggle friend has shown me most of the trails in the area and he calls this one Tinkerbell. Have no idea if that's the actual name or where the name comes from, but it certainly is deceiving once you ride a bike down it!
This one is a short but fairly steep walk from the confluence below. If you are heading northbound on Hwy 49 and waiting at the stop sign you can see the trail just to the right of the stop sign.
At the coordinates you should see a small white sign screwed to a tree. You don't need to leave the trail to see it. It includes the word "River" and contains four consecutive numbers. Call those numbers ABCD and then substitute them in the coords below to get to the final stage.

Note there is heavy tree cover and coords could be off. You should be able to use the hint to find it. There is also a lot of PO in the general area, but the location of the final cache is not close to any (at least when I hid it). Please let me know if those conditions change or if you come up with better cordinates.
BTW - does anyone know if that sign is authentic or did someone arbitrarily move it there? It seems hard for me to believe 
!
