Park near the west end of the rest area. Fire up the GPSr and go for it. Supposedly this is (was) a Wi-Fi hot spot, at least that what the exit sign used to say. So you may be able to log-in some finds or search for some more caches on the internet while here if you can figure out how to use the state's system.
This is a partner cache for "Wi-Fi Drop By" on the opposite (eastbound) side of I-90. This cache is not near the pet locale though, so the four legged muggles shouldn't be a factor. ;-j Cache is a micro. Snakes and ticks may be a factor in the spring/summer/fall. For safety's sake, stay well off the pavement and be aware of traffic. And of course, have fun.
A number of seekers have found the cache from Koch Road, the road that is immeddiately north of the rest stop.
